LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION TEAM MEMBER

We have an open position for a Landscape Construction Team Member. A construction team member assists Construction Managers and supervisors in day to day operations for all projects. Day to day operations include planting trees and shrubs, applying mulch, raking, grading, and landscape lighting, as well as additional other needed tasks. 

Landscape Construction Team Member Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation/ Layout

Assist in irrigation installation

Plantings of trees and shrubs

Assist in Ponds and Water Features

Assist in Path and Patio installation 

Assist in Retaining Wall installation 

Landscape Construction Team Member Requirements:

*Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalency

*Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Small Landscape Construction 

*Must be able to safely operate necessary construction equipment

*Must have strong plant knowledge and identification 

*Must have general knowledge in hardscapes and water features

*Must have general knowledge in irrigation installation and low voltage lighting 

*Have the ability to work in various weather conditions

*Have high attention to detail with excellent organization skills 

*Must have a valid drivers license 

*Have ability to pass a drug screening

*Must be reliable and self motivating

*Be able to stretch, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs or more

Landscape Construction Team Member Expectations:

*Follow Company Policies and Procedures 

*Conform to all Safety Policies, ensure your team adheres to all safety procedures

*Obey Code of Conduct, and all policies and procedures

*Follow instructions from Supervisor in an efficient manner

*Maintain a professional attitude at all times

*Maintain a clean work site, including trucks, equipment, and shop area

*Maintain routine safety checks on all equipment, including vehicles and trailers

*Attend all scheduled training opportunities as requested 

*Report Daily- On time to your Supervisor

*Ability to walk for long periods, bend, stretch, lift 60 pounds or more

Landscape Construction Team Member Compensation:

*Level I Team Member: $16.00-$18.00 per hour 

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

We have an open position for a Landscape Construction Foreman. A Construction Foreman is responsible for day to day operations for all projects. Day to day operations include planting trees and shrubs, applying mulch, raking, grading, and landscape lighting, as well as additional other needed tasks. 

Landscape Construction Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:

Job preparation/ Layout

Irrigation installation

Plantings of trees and shrubs

Ponds and Water Feature Installation

Path and Patio installation 

Retaining Wall installation 

Communication with General Contractors and Job Site Supervisors

Organization of construction staff duties and responsibilities

Perform assigned production within budgeted labor hours

Ensure safety of team 

Ensure appropriate use of equipment and maintenance is being performed 

Landscape Construction Foreman Requirements:

*Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalency

*Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Small Landscape Construction

*Must have 1 year experience in supervisory role  

*Must be able to safely operate all construction equipment 

*Must have advanced plant knowledge and identification 

*Must have advanced knowledge in hardscapes, water features, low voltage lighting, and irrigation

*Have the ability to work in various weather conditions

*Have high attention to detail with excellent organization, communication, and written skills

*Must have a valid drivers license

*Have ability to pass a drug screening 

*Must be reliable and self motivating

Landscape Construction Foreman Expectations:

*Follow Company Policies and Procedures 

*Conform to all Safety Policies, ensure your team adheres to all safety procedures

*Obey Code of Conduct, and all policies and procedures

*Follow instructions from Manager in an efficient manner

*Maintain a professional attitude at all times

*Maintain a clean work site, including trucks, equipment, and shop area

*Maintain routine safety checks on all equipment, including vehicles and trailers

*Attend all scheduled training opportunities as requested 

*Train and supervise team members 

*Report Daily- On time to your Supervisor

*Ability to walk for long periods, bend, stretch, lift 60 pounds or more

Landscape Construction Foreman Compensation:

Starting at $21.00 Per hour Depending on Experience
