We have an open position for an experienced landscaper to join our company. The landscaper's role will include performing a range of various lawn care tasks such as fertilization, landscape design maintenance, removal of weeds and dead plants as well as supervision of repairs. 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be dedicated, creative, well-organized, with excellent problem solving skills. As the landscaper, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of plants and flowers to meet our customer's expectations. 

Landscape Team Member Expectations:

*Report Daily- On time to your Team Leader or Supervisor

*Conform to all Safety Policies including safe operation of all maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers,        leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.

*Obey Dress Code of Company

*Follow instructions from Team Leader in an efficient manner

*Maintain a professional attitude at all times

*Have a strong knowledge of landscaping

*Hole a valid drivers license 

*Have a minimum 1 year experience 

*Attend all scheduled training opportunities

*Have the ability to walk for long periods, bend, stretch, lift 60 pounds or more

Landscaper Duties & Responsibilities:

*Perform general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, mowing lawns, remove weeds, trim shrubs,       overgrown limbs and hedges, remove leaves.

*Uphold the landscaping design to ensure plant growth

*Have availability to work a varied schedule (Saturdays as needed)

*Be able to work in adverse weather conditions

*Be good verbal communications skills

*Be reliable and self- motivated

LANDSCAPE TEAM MEMBER

LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADER

We have an open position for an experienced Lead Landscaper to join our company. The Lead Landscaper's role will include performing a range of various lawn care tasks such as fertilization, landscape design maintenance, removal of weeds and dead plants, Pesticide application, as well as supervision of repairs and team members. In addition the lead is responsible for providing top quality lawn and landscape maintenance for clients while achieving production goals and crew member training. 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be dedicated, creative, well-organized, with excellent problem solving skills. As the Lead Landscaper, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of lawns, plants and flowers to meet our customer's expectations. 

Landscape Team Leaders are responsible for directing a team of 2 - 4 assistants in daily operations including quality control, punctuality, and safety. Day to day operations include:

*Operation of Equipment- Mowers, Line trimmers, Blowers, etc. 

*Equipment Maintenance

*Clean up of Debris/ Waste

*Misc. tasks needed 

Landscape Team Leader Qualifications:

*Availability to work a varied schedule (Saturdays as needed)

*Able to work in adverse weather conditions

*Ability to Lead by example

*Good written and verbal communications skills as well as organizational skills

*Ability to complete appropriate daily paperwork

*Minimum 1 year experience in both landscape and leadership

*Ability to operate equipment necessary for daily operations

*Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance

*Ability to walk for long periods, bend, stretch, lift 60 pound or more

*Valid Drivers License/ ability to insure

Landscape Team Leader Expectations:

*Report Daily- On time to your Manager

*Conform to all Safety Policies, ensure your team adheres to all safety procedures

*Obey Dress Code of Company

*Follow instructions from Manager in an efficient manner

*Maintain a professional attitude at all times

*Maintain a clean work site, including trucks, equipment, and shop area

*Maintain routine safety checks on all equipment, including vehicles and trailers

*Perform assigned production within budgeted labor hours

*Maintain operational equipment standards, including blade sharpening

*Perform other types of work during off- peak seasons, i.e., snow and ice related duties

*Attend all schedules training opportunites as requested 

*Currently possess or obtain an Oregon Pesticide Applicator License within 60 day from start of employment

*Currently possess of obtain the Landscape Industry Certification within 1 year from start of employment

LANDSCAPE REGULAR CONSTRUCTION/ INSTALLATION TEAM MEMBER

We have an open position for a Landscape Construction Team Member. A construction team member assists Construction Managers in day to day operations for all projects. Day to day operations include planting trees and shrubs, applying mulch, raking, grading, install hardscapes, water features, and landscape lighting, as well as additional other needed tasks. 

Typical tasks as a team member include:

Assist in preparation/ Layout

Assist in irrigation installation

Plantings of trees and shrubs

Assist in Ponds and Water Features

Path and patio installation 

Retaining wall installation 

Landscape Construction/ Installation Team Member Qualifications:

*Availability to work a varied schedule (Saturdays as needed)

*Able to work in adverse weather conditions

*Good written and verbal communications skills as well as organizational skills

*Minimum 2 years experience in both landscape and installation

*Basic knowledge of plant identification and landscape installation practices.

*Strong knowledge of equipment operations as well as basic understanding of equipment maintenance

*Valid Drivers License/ ability to insure

*Irrigation system installation experience desired.

Landscape Construction/ Installation Team Member Expectations:

*Report Daily- On time to your Supervisor

*Conform to all Safety Policies

*Obey Dress Code of Company

*Follow instructions from Supervisor in an efficient manner

*Maintain a professional attitude at all times

*Ability to walk for long periods, bend, stretch, lift 60 pounds or more

*Ability to learn and a yearning to learn techniques and other related duties

*Attend all scheduled training opportunites as requested

*Obtain an Equipment Operators Certification in requires equipment necessary

IRRIGATION SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We have an open position for an Irrigation Service Technician. The Irrigation Technician installs, repairs, and troubleshoots underground lawn sprinkler systems for residential and commercial clients. Identifies types of backflow preventers, components and functions. Inspects backflow prevention assembly installations and performs tests to report to city officials. Performs spring turn-ons and winterization. Locates existing zones and valves. Has extensive knowledge of remote irrigation system management. 

Irrigation Technician Qualifications: 

*Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

*following physical abilities such as trunk strength, manual dexterity, and wrist-finger movement in order to          perform the essential functions of the position.

*Capability to remove old systems and recover reusable equipment.

*Sets and maintains times on computer and electronic valve clocks

*This position requires at least three years experience of underground lawn sprinkler system repair and                installation experience.

*Must possess a current, insurable ODL/ ability to insure 

*Ability to walk for long periods, bend, stretch, lift 60 pound or more

*Pass pre-employment drug test

*Must be dependable and reliable

*Must currently possess or be able to obtain an Oregon Backflow Certification 

Irrigation Technician Expectations:

*Report Daily- On time

*Ability to work alone and independent and maintain time flexibility

*Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision
