LANDSCAPE MAITENANCE TEAM MEMBER

We have an open position for an experienced landscaper to join our company. The landscaper's role will include performing a range of various lawn care tasks in landscape design maintenance such as, removal of weeds and dead plants, mowing, edging, blowing debris, spreading bark, etc. 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be dedicated, creative, well-organized, with excellent problem solving skills. As a Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of plants, flowers, lawns, and garden structures to meet our customer's expectations. 

Landscape Maintenance Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, mowing lawns, remove weed and leaves, edging lawns and planting flowers, shrubs, and/or trees. 

Landscape Team Member Requirements:

*Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalency

*Must be able to follow safety guidelines when operating maintenance equipment

*Have the ability to work in various weather conditions 

*Have high attention to detail with excellent organization skills 

*Must have a valid drivers license

*Have ability to pass a drug screening

*Must be reliable and self motivating

*Must be able to walk, bend, stretch for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs or more.

Landscape Team Member Expectations:

*Follow Company Policies and Procedures 

*Follow instructions from Team Leader in an efficient manner

*Maintain a professional attitude at all times

*Attend all scheduled training opportunities

*Be able to work after hours or on public holidays when needed.

*Report daily on time to your direct supervisor

Landscape Team Member Compensation:
Level I Technician: $14.00-$16.00 per hour 
Level II Technician: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (Must have 6 months experience in landcare or grounds keeping)

LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADER

We have an open position for an experienced Lead Landscaper to join our company. The Lead Landscaper's role will include performing a range of various lawn care tasks in landscape design maintenance such as, removal of weeds and dead plants, pruning, spreading bark, planting new trees and shrubs, pesticide application, reporting equipment repairs, and supervision of other team members. 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be dedicated, creative, well-organized, with excellent problem solving skills. As the Lead Landscaper, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of plants, flowers, lawns, and garden structures to meet our customer's expectations. 

Landscape Team Leader Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing a team of 1-2 assistants in daily operations including quality control, punctuality, and safety. Day to day operations include:

*Operation of Equipment- Mowers, Line trimmers, Blowers, etc. 

*Equipment Maintenance

*Clean up of Debris/ Waste

*Misc. tasks needed 

Landscape Team Leader Requirements:

*Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalency

*Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in landcare or grounds keeping

*Must be able to safely operate all maintenance equipment

*Must be able to safely apply pesticides and/or herbicides

*Must be able to correctly trim and prune shrubs and trees

*Must have advanced knowledge of lawn maintenance 

*Must have basic plant knowledge and identification  

*Have the ability to work in various weather conditions

*Have high attention to detail with excellent organization skills

*Must have a valid drivers license

*Have ability to pass a drug screening

*Must be reliable and self motivating

*Must be able to walk, bend, stretch for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs or more.

Landscape Team Leader Expectations:

*Follow Company Policies and Procedures 

*Conform to all Safety Policies, ensure your team adheres to all safety procedures

*Obey Code of Conduct, and all policies and procedures

*Follow instructions from Supervisor in an efficient manner

*Maintain a professional attitude at all times

*Maintain a clean work site, including trucks, equipment, and shop area

*Maintain routine safety checks on all equipment, including vehicles and trailers

*Perform assigned production within budgeted labor hours

*Maintain operational equipment standards, including blade sharpening

*Perform other types of work during off- peak seasons, i.e., snow and ice related duties

*Attend all scheduled training opportunities as requested 

*Currently possess or obtain an Oregon Pesticide Applicator License within 60 day from start of employment

*Currently possess of obtain the Landscape Industry Certification within 1 year from start of employment

Landscape Team Leader Compensation:

*Lead Technician: $17.00-$19.00 per hour 

*Senior Lead Technician: $19.00-$21.00 per hour (Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in landcare or grounds keeping and 1 year in Team Lead role)

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION TEAM MEMBER

We have an open position for a Landscape Construction Team Member. A construction team member assists Construction Managers and supervisors in day to day operations for all projects. Day to day operations include planting trees and shrubs, applying mulch, raking, grading, and landscape lighting, as well as additional other needed tasks. 

Landscape Construction Team Member Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation/ Layout

Assist in irrigation installation

Plantings of trees and shrubs

Assist in Ponds and Water Features

Assist in Path and Patio installation 

Assist in Retaining Wall installation 

Landscape Construction Team Member Requirements:

*Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalency

*Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Small Landscape Construction 

*Must be able to safely operate necessary construction equipment

*Must have strong plant knowledge and identification 

*Must have general knowledge in hardscapes and water features

*Must have general knowledge in irrigation installation and low voltage lighting 

*Have the ability to work in various weather conditions

*Have high attention to detail with excellent organization skills 

*Must have a valid drivers license 

*Have ability to pass a drug screening

*Must be reliable and self motivating

*Be able to stretch, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs or more

Landscape Construction Team Member Expectations:

*Follow Company Policies and Procedures

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

We have an open position for a Landscape Construction Foreman. A Construction Foreman is responsible for day to day operations for all projects. Day to day operations include planting trees and shrubs, applying mulch, raking, grading, and landscape lighting, as well as additional other needed tasks. 

Landscape Construction Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:

Job preparation/ Layout

Irrigation installation

Plantings of trees and shrubs

Ponds and Water Feature Installation

Path and Patio installation 

Retaining Wall installation 

Communication with General Contractors and Job Site Supervisors

Organization of construction staff duties and responsibilities

Perform assigned production within budgeted labor hours

Ensure safety of team 

Ensure appropriate use of equipment and maintenance is being performed 

Landscape Construction Foreman Requirements:

*Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalency

*Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Small Landscape Construction

*Must have 1 year experience in supervisory role  

*Must be able to safely operate all construction equipment 

*Must have advanced plant knowledge and identification 

*Must have advanced knowledge in hardscapes, water features, low voltage lighting, and irrigation

*Have the ability to work in various weather conditions

*Have high attention to detail with excellent organization, communication, and written skills

*Must have a valid drivers license

*Have ability to pass a drug screening 

*Must be reliable and self motivating

Starting at $21.00 Per hour Depending on Experience
